Basic Requirements: 基本要求

a)         高中以上学历；

High school degree or above

b)         3年以上汽车行业工作经验，2年以上生产管理经验

Three years working experience in foreign automotive company; Two years management experiences.

c)          精通组装方面的相关知识.

Excellent knowledge of the assembly.

d)         熟练操作office办公软件；

Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001 system and related requirements.

e)         熟知TS16949/ISO14001体系及相关体系要求Good skill of Office Software.

f)          管理及组织能力强；

Strong management and organization skills.

g)          优秀的沟通能力及团队合作精神；人力关系佳；

Good skills of communication and good spirit of teamwork; good interpersonal relationship

h)         能适应倒班的工作时间制，责任心强。

Can adapt to shift work time, a strong sense of responsibility.

i)            熟悉TS16949，ISO14001系统和相关要求。

Familiar with TS16949,ISO14001 system and related requirement.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责 :

a)         根据生产计划需求，合理安排相关组装员工进行组装生产。                                                                           

Organize assembly related people to assemble parts according to requirements.

b)         负责组装线产品的质量管控。

Responsible for quality of assembled parts.

c)          提供部门组装需求以确保生产计划的完成。

Provide assembly requirements to responsible departments to insure production.

d)         负责生产换线的工装更换和生产准备。

Responsible for assembly line the tooling replacement and production preparation.

e)          负责生产物料的管理和控制半成品库存及追溯性。

Responsible for the management of the production materials and the production of the semi-finished products control and traceability.

f)          负责严格按照安全规程操作，确保安全有序生产，监控安全设施有效的运行。

In strict accordance with the safety procedures, to ensure a safe and orderly production, monitoring all the safety facilities of the assembly lines effectively run.

g)          负责分层审核，审核各作业员按操作指导书作业、正确进行点检和防错验证。

Responsible for the layer process audit, audit the operator according to the operation instruction, the right to check and dummy part proofing.

h)         合理处理生产线的各种问题并及时汇报。

Reasonable for processing various problems of assembly line and timely reporting.

i)           密切关注采购及生产计划，以确保零组件的需求及产品交付给客户。

 Working with purchasing and scheduling to make sure incoming components required and delivery to customer.

j)           负责组装生产线新员工的上岗培训。

Training new operators to work Ｏn assembly lines.

k)         负责生产报表的填写及系统录入。

Responsible for production sheets and input into system.

l)           协助AQP完成样件的制作等工作。

Work with AQP for prototype parts.

m)       为新项目提供支持。

Provide support for new program launch.

 n)         积极参与公司的各种改善及合理化建议活动。

Participate in improvement and GEAR activities.

o)         严格遵守﹑认真贯彻落实公司各项方针政策和规章制度。

Observe, earnestly implement the policies and regulations of the company.

p)         负责组装生产线的6S的落实。

 Responsible for the 6S of the Production assembly lines.

q)         要符合质量及环境体系的要求。

In line with the requirements of quality and environment system.

r)           部门主管分配的其它工作。

Perform other duties as assigned by department manager.
